Gained a Few Pounds Lately? This ONE Tip Will Have Them Gone By Next Week!

So your health and fitness plan went a little hairy this past month.

You had BBQ's, Weddings, Vacations or even a good old Stay-Cation at home,

And you did a whole lot of nothing.

Ate what you wanted.

Drank what you wanted.

I get it.

I've been there.

And I know how you're feeling with this next statement.

You get on the scale (why do we even bother to do that), and you feel defeated.

Why does this have to feel so HARD?

It doesn't have to be.

Why should I even care?

Because your mamma mojo, sexy mojo, and confident mojo depends on it.

You matter.

This life matters.

And it should be nothing short of incredible.

And how you feel starts with what your eating.

Did you know your outer skin cells shred and re-grow every 27 days?

Your body builds itself back up with what you eat and drink.

SO yes, literally, you are what you eat.

If you want to start looking and feeling like the goddess that you are then,

The one thing you need to start doing is food tracking.

My Fitness Pal is free or I love the My Macros + App.

Just the act of tracking food will make you want to indulge less.

(Do I really need to track those Hersey Kisses here and handful of chips there?)

Yes, it all adds up.

It's time to place some focus and mindfulness back into your nutrition.

Just get a picture for 3 days of what your habits are like,

And most likely, you will see what habits are sabotaging you and which ones are serving you.

Wheat, dairy, and sugar less, fruits, veggies, and lean meats more!

You don't have to track forever, but go back to basics for a week and develop some new habits.

Wellness is a life long journey and there are no starts and stops.

But isn't it time to start feeling like sexy, confident woman I know you can be?

I believe in you.

I've fallen off track myself, but I never give up.

Let's go!
