If this is your first time logging into the Quick Fitness Seniors member area, please read the following before beginning to workout.
STEP 1 - You will require hand weights and an exercise mat or just hand held weights if you are seated.
STEP 2 - Select a workout from the workout library on the right hand side of the page.
The Quick Fitness Seniors workout program is the perfect mix of strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and flexibility training.
