July 23, 2015 – Level 1 - Class 3
Welcome to Quick Fitness Seniors. A program designed to improve muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
If this is your first time logging into the Quick Fitness Seniors member area, please read the following before beginning to workout.
STEP 1 - You will require hand weights and an exercise mat or just hand held weights if you are seated.
STEP 2 - Select a workout from the workout library on the right hand side of the page.
The Quick Fitness Seniors workout program is the perfect mix of strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and flexibility training.
Level 1 - Workout Library
In Level One Lisa P. shows you how to do the simple exercises properly. Start off by just following her example. As you become familiar with the proper technique, simply add light hand held weights to the movements.

Level 2 - Workout Library
Our members come in all shapes, sizes and mobility levels. Increase your balance, flexibility, strength and endurance while seated. All you need is light hand held weights.

Level 4 - Quick Fitness
Are you ready for the next level? By training functionally, how we move throughout our day, the Quick Fitness Program delivers the perfect mix of a strength, stamina, and flexibility in less than four hours a week.
The goal of Day One, Two, and Three’s workouts are to strengthen all muscle groups including the heart and lungs. Day Four, the last of the structured workouts, focuses on core training and a feel-good stretch to rejuvenate the body just in time for the weekend.
